Roles:
Translation: I translated the texts, either alone or with other translators.
Editing: I edited the translations of one or more linguists making sure everything is well polished.
Localization: I handled several steps of the process (translation and/or Editing and/or lqa).
LQA: i checked the german version before release to fix bugs and make sure it’s ready for the german market.
full localization: I localized the german version all by myself.
review: I reviewed already translated and edited texts to give feedback to my client and/or the linguists.
board games / collective card games
Etherfields
I was the editor for all campaign addons of the board game “etherfields” by awaken realms, namely the campaigns “funeral witch”, “she wolf”, “harpy” and “sphinx”.
yu-gi-oh!
Since 2020 I’m a regular yu-go-oh! card checker. i’m double checking the cards before they go into print to avoid any mistakes in the trading card texts and to make sure all rules are followed.
A dog’s life
I fully localized the board game “a dog’s life”. The image on the left isn’t from the game though, that’s a puppy pic of my dog panda!
